  30. The problem is that it will not connect at 9600! with another fax machine. 
  31. I am having the same problem. I have a fax machine in my office along with 
  32. the USR modem and I can send to my fax machine, but not receive from it. 
  33. None of the normal tones are sent which will enable me to send.
